Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
checkit.health ("checkit.health", "we", "us") is a personalised health-utility service operated by iAriya. This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle and how we protect it. Questions? Email us at eventinfo@iariya.com.
2. Our privacy-first approach
checkit.health is built to keep your sensitive health information on your own device. Your health profile, trackers, records, documents and children’s data are stored in your browser’s local vault — not on our servers — unless you explicitly enable an optional cloud backup feature.
3. Information we collect
Account information: your name and email address when you create an account, so we can sign you in and manage your subscription.
Payment information: handled entirely by our payment processors (Stripe and Flutterwave). We never see or store your full card details.
Anonymised health inputs: when you request an AI insight, the specific numbers needed (e.g. age, a lab value) are sent for processing to generate your result. We do not attach your name to these requests.
Usage data: basic, aggregated information such as how many AI insights you have used this month, to enforce plan limits.
4. How we use your information
To provide and personalise the service, power AI insights, process payments and subscriptions, keep the service secure, and communicate important account or service updates. We do not sell your personal data.
5. AI processing
AI features are powered by trusted model providers. Only the minimal, anonymised inputs required for a given insight are shared, and results are educational wellbeing guidance — never a medical diagnosis.
6. Third-party services
We rely on a small number of processors to run the service: Stripe and Flutterwave (payments) and our AI model providers. Each processes data only as needed to deliver their function and under their own privacy terms.
7. Data retention & control
Because most data lives on your device, you stay in control: you can export your full profile as a JSON file, import it to another device, or clear it from your browser at any time. Account and billing records are kept as required to run the service and meet legal obligations.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact eventinfo@iariya.com.
9. Children’s data
The Children’s Health Centre lets a parent or guardian record a child’s health information on their own device. This data is entered and controlled by the adult account holder and, like other vault data, stays on the device unless cloud backup is enabled. The service is intended for use by adults on behalf of their children.
10. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect information in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but keeping health data on your device by default meaningfully reduces risk.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date.
