Water Intake Calculator
Hydration Tracker by checkit.health
How much water should I drink a day?
A common guide is around 33 ml per kg of body weight, then a little more if you’re active or in a hot climate. So a 70 kg person might aim for roughly 2.3–3 litres of total fluid, including from food and other drinks.
Signs you might be dehydrated
Dark yellow urine, feeling thirsty, tiredness, headache and dizziness can all signal you need more fluid. Pale straw-coloured urine is a good everyday sign you’re well hydrated.
